• Systeme.io Pages: Landing pages, sales pages, opt-in forms, and delivery pages hosted on our Systeme.io account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or download any digital products. By using our site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Digital Product Delivery and Access

• Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase or opt-in.

• Access details will be sent to the email address you provide.

• You are responsible for providing an accurate, functioning email address and safeguarding your login credentials if applicable.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, once a file has been delivered or accessed, you no longer have the right to cancel or request a refund under EU distance selling regulations.

5. Licensing of Digital Products (MRR and PLR)

We may sell products with Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR). Each product page will specify which license applies.

You MAY under MRR:

• Resell the product as-is to third parties.

• Include it as a bonus or in a bundle, provided you pass on the same rights.

You MAY NOT under MRR:

• Modify the content or branding.

• Claim authorship or copyright.

You MAY under PLR:

• Edit, rebrand, and resell the product under your own name.

• Combine it with other materials to create derivative products.

You MAY NOT under PLR:

• Claim exclusive copyright to the original work.

• Use the content in violation of applicable laws (e.g. defamation, IP infringement).

• Market the content as “exclusive” if it remains PLR.

Violation of licensing terms may result in the revocation of your license and legal action.

6. Use of Freebies and Lead Magnets

Our free downloads are for personal and professional use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our free content without prior written consent. You may share our opt-in page links, but not the direct download files.

7. Affiliate Links and Earnings Disclaimer

We may promote third-party products or services via affiliate links. We receive a commission if you purchase through those links at no extra cost to you.

Any examples of earnings, income potential, or business results are for illustration only. We make no guarantees you will achieve the same results.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on our sites—including branding, logos, graphics, and course materials—is owned by Traveler Submerged or used under license.

• We are not responsible for technical issues, file corruption, or third-party platform failures (Systeme.io, PayPal, Stripe, Manychat, etc.).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traveler Submerged from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our products, misuse of licensing rights, or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our sites is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described therein.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Malta and the EU GDPR framework. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
