PADI MSDT + Freedive Instructor, Tec Diver, Yoga teacher and Full-Time Ocean Storyteller
For years, I lived the dream - teaching scuba and freediving across Africa and the Mediterranean, spending every day in the water and studying how different divers breathe, move, and react underwater.
But after thousands of dives and hundreds of students, I kept noticing the same thing - divers who understood their breath and body awareness always had a calmer, more controlled experience.
That curiosity grew during my time in Nepal, studying yoga, breathwork, and Vipassana. I learned how conscious breathing and mindful attention shape the nervous system, the mind, and the way we move.
When I brought those principles back into my diving, everything connected - breath, body, mind. It all worked together.
Today, I help divers experience the same shift - breathe steadier, develop sharper awareness, and feel more grounded and confident underwater.
The Mindful Diver Email Course is the first step.
It’s not about yoga on a mat - it’s about using simple inner skills to change the way you dive, and the way you feel beneath the surface.
Here are the ones I get the most.
No. The Body Scan begins with body awareness. You notice and release unnecessary tension, then allow your breathing to settle without forcing it.
No. You can complete the practice lying in bed, sitting in a chair or resting comfortably on the floor.
No. Listen to the full practice at home and learn the 60-Second Surface Reset on land. Before descending, use the sequence from memory once you are positively buoyant, settled and close to your buddy.
No. Scuba divers must breathe continuously and never hold their breath. The practice uses awareness and relaxed, continuous breathing.
You will receive the resources immediately, followed by the seven-day training and several supporting emails about applying the practice underwater.
